Terms of voucher purchase
The voucher holder is required to contact the facility to arrange the date of use.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The voucher must be used in one go and presented upon use.

The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the voucher is used for a stay package (e.g., Pumpkin Festival, Christmas, Jachra, etc.), additional payment may be required for services not offered as part of the voucher.
