Hotel akceptuje tylko małe zwierzęta nieagresywnych ras. Opłata za jedno zwierzę i jedna noc - 100 PLN. Hotel musi być poinformowany o pobycie zwierzęcia, podczas rezerwacji. Właściciel zobowiązany jest do posiadania aktualnej książeczki sczepień oraz zaświadczenia o odrobaczeniu. Hotel nie akceptuje chorych zwierząt. W przypadku gdy zwierzę zakwalifikowane jest do raz groźnych hotel ma prawo odmówić pobytu. Zabrania się wprowadzania zwierząt do punktów gastronomicznych oraz rekreacyjnych, a w miejscach ogólnodostępnych właściciel zwierzęcia ma obowiązek trzymania go na smyczy i w kagańcu. Na terenie otaczającym Hotel właściciel jest obowiązany sprzątać odchody pozostawione przez swoje zwierzę. Właściciel ponosi odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody wyrządzone przez zwierzę.
