Journey to India - treatment package

SPA thermal area:

• aromatic bath - purifies the body, cares for the skin, improves physical condition. Wonderfully relaxes the body and mind. The temperature inside ranges from 45 to 55 °C.

• caldarium - warm-cool relax for the feet. Relaxes, stimulates blood flow, and detoxifies the entire body. The temperature inside is from 42 to 45 °C.

• rains of sensations - successive streams of water: arctic rain, tropical rain, and arctic breeze combined with a play of colors.

Wellness:

• 30-minute shiroabhyanga massage – Ayurvedic head massage with the use of warm sesame oil. During the massage, points responsible for vitality and harmonious functioning of the body are stimulated. The massage technique improves blood circulation in the scalp, making the hair follicles better nourished. Exceptionally relaxing, it alleviates symptoms of stress, removes mental tension. It helps with insomnia problems. It is also recommended for people experiencing migraine headaches.
• 55-minute abhyanga massage – Ayurvedic full body massage with sesame oil. During the massage, the therapist uses a technique that improves blood and lymph circulation, eliminating toxins from the body. It perfectly removes muscle tension and relaxes the nervous system. Abhyanga increases the vital forces of the whole body and relaxes.

Relaxation area:

• relaxation before treatments or after they end. Wonderful rest during the day with a cup of aromatic tea. We offer SHU teas containing cleansing herbs and fruits.
