SPA thermal zone:
- aromatic bath - cleanses the body, cares for the skin, improves physical condition. Wonderfully relaxes the body and mind. The temperature inside is from 45 to 55 °C.
- caldarium - warm cold relax for feet. Relaxes, stimulates blood flow, and detoxifies the whole body. The temperature inside is from 42 to 45 °C.
- rains of sensations - successive water streams: arctic rain, tropical rain, and arctic breeze combined with a play of colors.
Wellness:
- 30-minute Balinese back massage – combines manual Indonesian massage techniques with the use of hot stones. During the massage, the therapist relaxes deep muscle parts. Stimulates blood and oxygen flow in the body providing a sense of intense relaxation. The massage can also be performed without the use of hot stones.
- 55-minute full-body Balinese massage – a combination of techniques originating from the islands of Bali and Java. It includes elements of acupressure, aromatherapy, reflexology, and Ayurveda. During the massage, the therapist pays special attention to the tense muscles of the back, shoulders, and neck. It is deeply relaxing. It aims to bring the body and mind into a state of complete harmony, good health, and well-being.
