What types of rooms are available in the hotel?
The Hotel has four room categories: Superior, Business Class, Business Class Premium, Senior Suite and the Presidential Suite.
What services are included in the room price?
The room price includes accommodation, breakfast buffet, unlimited access to the Aqua Park.
What are the available payment methods for the hotel services?
We accept cash and payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
How many people can be accommodated in one room?
The number of people accommodated in a room depends on its type. Every room category can be quartered by two adults.
Is Internet access provided in the hotel rooms?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all hotel rooms, free of charge.
What is the hotel pet policy?
Animals are allowed in all room types. We accept only small animals e.g. dogs Chihuahua, Maltese, Pekingese, Terrier, Foksterier, Dachshund, Pug, Shih tzu, the gross cost of stay of an animal PLN 100/day.
The animal's owner must comply with the rules applicable in the hotel.
Do the Internet bookings include the breakfast cost?
All Internet bookings include the cost of accommodation, breakfast buffet, and unlimited access to the Aqua Park.
When does the hotel day start and end?
The hotel day starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 12 noon.
Is it possible to check in before the beginning of the hotel day?
Earlier check-in is possible but depends on the room availability.
Is it possible to check out later?
The hotel does not guarantee the availability of the later check-out service. Later check-out involves an extra charge.
Are rooms with baths available?
Yes, baths are available only in some room types.
Are hairdryers available in the hotel rooms?
Yes, hairdryers are available in all hotel room types.
Is it allowed to smoke on the hotel premises?
Smoking, referring also to the e-cigarettes, is strictly forbidden on all the hotel premises. Defiance of this ban in any place where smoking is forbidden shall be subject to a pecuniary penalty according to the hotel rules.
Are safes available in the hotel rooms?
Yes, safes are available in the hotel rooms. The room safes are available free of charge.
Is there a place at the hotel where I can use a computer with Internet access?
The hotel guests may use computers in the Business Centre next to the main reception, free of charge. We provide computers with Windows and OS (iMac).
Does the hotel provide a child care service?
Yes. We offer a child care service on demand for a fee. The need for this service must be reported one day before.
What children's facilities does the hotel offer?
For children we rent on demand bottle warmers, electronic nanny, bath, free of charge. The restaurants provide a special Kids Menu and highchairs.
Does the hotel provide cots?
Yes. On demand we put a cot into the hotel room. The number of cots is limited and requires booking in advance. Cost of hire: 10 PLN/cot/day.
Are highchairs available in the hotel restaurants?
Yes, all hotel restaurants provide highchairs.
When and where is breakfast served?
Breakfast buffet is served in the Mak's Restaurant on Monday-Friday: 7.00-10.00 a.m., Saturday-Sunday: 7.30-10.30 a.m.
When does the hotel provide room service?
Room service is available: Sunday-Friday: 6 a.m.-12 midnight, Saturday: 6 a.m.-2 a.m.
How many parking spaces are on the hotel premises?
The hotel has more than 300 parking spaces for passenger cars.
Is the hotel adjusted to the service of guests with movement disabilities?
Yes, the hotel has rooms adjusted to serve guests with movement disabilities, lifts adjusted to wheelchair users, platforms at main entrances to the hotel and wheelchair ramps on the hotel premises. The hotel receptions, restaurants, and public toilets are also adjusted to guests with movement disabilities.
Is there any ATM on the hotel premises?
Yes, an ATM is located at the Galeria reception.
